Deauville, France: February 2015  Final Table Titans Bulgarian Ognyan Dimov and Romanian Dany Parlafes meet at the contest of the 5,300 NLHE event of the EPT Season 11, and they are the last 2 left. So one left as a runner-up, while the other took first place. A strange and troubling hand became revealed on the board, and it was one of those big hands that players end up having too much of — and hands a little too much alike. Both cool players, it took an immense reading ability to decide to make the decision the last player to act did. The EPT this year had a 2.8-million-euro prize pool.  Parlafes was on the Final Table of another EPT, and he’s an interesting player to watch. The cash win of this event was $616,376. The global competition aspect of the EPT sets it apart from the WSOP, as can be seen from the list of winners in the money of the Final Event in Malta, the most recent. In a list of 127 winners, only 3 Americans appear. Almost 2 dozen different countries are represented among the winners list.
