Welcome to the third episode, which follows the World Series of Poker Main Event: Big One for One Drop of 2015. There are some huge names here tonight, as they will fight head on to see if they can make it to the final table. With 42 entries this year, with a whopping buy-in of $1 million, the prize pool is at $37,333,338. The top eight players to walk away from this event will walk away as millionaires, as they will get $15,306,668, $8,288,001, $4,480,001, $2,800,000, $2,053,334, $1,680,000, $1,418,667, and $1,306,667 in prize money, respectively. This is a huge motivator for most players, as well as being able to simply join one of the most prestigious events at the World Series of Poker and winning the golden bracelet.
You will be able to view tables from around the floor during the event, but will mainly focus on the feature table, where we will find:
The starting Ante is set at 15,000, while the Blinds are set at 60,000/120,000, giving each player a great chance to advance. We are surprised to see Negreanu with such a short stack of chip tonight, but that has never stopped him from winning before. Check out the coverage of this great event and see which of your favorite players will make it through to the final table and get a piece of those millions in the prize pool.
